Pet Policy:

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Breed restrictions apply.
Animal license through the city of Tacoma and vaccination record current for rabies required.

Cats:
$250 deposit and $250 non-refundable fee required.
Monthly rent of $15 will be charged.

Dogs:
Dogs are welcome on floors 2-6.
$250 deposit and $250 non-refundable fee required.
Monthly rent of $35 will be charged.
